Early registration - until August 20^th 2025

Conference fee received not later than September 5th 2025 or paid in cash at venue during the conference

Full registration: 420 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board during the whole conference)
Students: 365 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board during the whole conference)
Full registration without accomodation: 340 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)
Students without accomodation: 285 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)

Full registration: 295 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board for 2 nights)
Students: 240 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board for 2 nights)
Full registration without accomodation: 255 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)
Students without accomodation: 200 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)

Conference fee paid by bank transfer received not later than September 21st 2025 or paid in cash at venue during the conference:

Full registration: 450 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board during the whole conference)
Students: 395 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board during the whole conference)
Full registration without accomodation: 370 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)
Students without accomodation: 315 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)

Full registration: 325 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board for 2 nights)
Students: 270 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + accommodation + full board for 2 nights)
Full registration without accomodation: 285 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)
Students without accomodation: 230 € (fee + digital proceedings + coffee breaks + full board during the whole conference)

Please note, that we expect that at least one author of accepted paper is present in person at conference during the presentation of the paper.

Conference fee paid by bank transfer received not later than September 25th 2025:

single bed room in hotel Telgárt [60 €] (ATTENTION! very limited number, only for full registration), two single rooms might share one toilet and shower.
Companion (accommodation, coffee breaks and full board)
- 1 night [65 €] - lunch, dinner and breakfast for the next day
- 2 nights [115 €] - full board
- 3 nights [175 €] - full board
- Banket [+ 20 €] - if companion is present at night from sunday to monday
- 4 nights [240 €] - during the whole conference, banket included
