Informations for authors
Authors are requested to prepare their papers using the new one-column template available as Overleaf Template and as ZIP file with number of pages specified by workshops.
Papers for reviews should be submitted using the EasyChair system in PDF format.
Make sure that your paper PDFs use the Libertinus font family; instructions to install Libertinus fonts are included in https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEUR-Template-1col.odt; paper PDFs should all use Libertinus fonts.
Camera ready versions of accepted papers are expected in ZIP format containing:
- all source files of the paper,
- PDF version of the paper,
- please include a "Declaration on Generative AI" section, as shown in the official CEUR-WS template
- scan of signed CEUR auhtor agreement
Author agreement variants- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets). This is the right variant in most cases.
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or accompanying material. They must then also attach a copy of the permission by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement! Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or in accompanying material. Authors must append a copy of the permission(s) by the third parties to use this material to the signed author agreement!
In CEUR agreement please fill in fields as follow:
- Name and year of the event : ITAT 2026: Information Technologies – Applications and Theory, 2026
- Editors of the proceedings (editors): Lucie Ciencialová, Martin Holeňa, František Mráz, Richard Ostertág, Dana Pardubská, Martin Plátek, Martin Stanek
The accepted papers will be published in ITAT proceedings, which will be made publicly available through the frequently accessed CEUR Workshop Proceedings publication service (CEUR-WS.org), indexed in Scopus.
